How to submit a ticket:

1. Power up your Windows 10/11 PC and make sure you are connected to the internet. Perform any Windows Updates.

2. Connect your J2534 Pass-Thru device to the computer and OBDII port.

3. Connect a battery maintainer (12.5v - 14v).

4. Turn the key to position TWO - dash illuminated.

5. Plug your computer into a power outlet and set your PC to "never sleep".



6. Double-Click the icon on your desktop. If you have not installed it, you can download it [HERE]. Be sure to enter the e-mail address you PAID WITH.

7. When you have four ready checks, you may then lock in your VIN by hitting the “LOCK VIN” button to obtain your fifth ready check.


8. Next, fill out the form with your vehicle, module, etc.

9. Once you are ready, TURN THE KEY ON and click "Submit Request" in the bottom right corner of the software. You will be unable to submit your ticket unless all checks are ready, the VIN is locked in and you have completed the form.
